Marissa Kalkstein is the Founder and CEO of Insight Therapy and Wellness, a Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offering counseling, medication management, and psychiatric assessments from a team of over 50 providers from different educational backgrounds and experiences. Marissa herself is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in treating trauma, anxiety, and relationships. Services are offered virtually and in-person at their Towson location. Marissa and her family of 5 are local to Towson. She is married to Warren Kalkstein, co-owner of Kalkstein Chiropractic, also a Towson local business! Together, we are passionate about the health of the mind and body and providing value to the Towson community we live in.
